Background

Betsy is pleased to announce that in May 2010, she once again passed the recertification exam for specialists in pediatric nutrition and is now recertified as an expert in kids nutrition for another five years.

Betsy has been a registered, licensed dietitian since 1999.  She has practiced in a clinical setting since that time.  Betsy obtained her master's degree in clinical nutrition in 2000 from Rush University at Rush-Presbyterian-St.Luke's Medical Center.  In addition to practicing in a clinical setting, Betsy has taught both college undergraduate and graduate level nutrition classes at Wheaton College and Rush University, and has provided talks and presentations to both health professionals and the community.
